Most frequent questions and answers

Hailey, the owner and stylist will curate a box based on the current needs of the customer and ship the box directly to their home. Customers will fill out a style profile in order to show the stylists their likes and dislikes. After completing your fashion profile, you can leave a personalized note to the stylist to help them better understand your personal style. Don’t know your style? Let the stylist create one for you. The Lookbox will be curated based on your profile and sent right to your house.

Absolutely! Simply pick out a subscription here and check the “Give as a gift” box at checkout and you will be able to enter the recipient’s email address to gift the subscription. 

They will receive instructions on how to activate the subscription in their email and we will send them an email asking them to take our style quiz. 

You can manage your account under the ‘My Account’ menu option at the top of this page. 

Simply enter your login in credentials. On the account page, select “Subscriptions” on the right side of the page and from there you can manage your subscription. 

Oh no! We hope you never have to cancel your LUNA Lookbox subscription. 

If you need to, simply go to ‘My Account’ at the top of this page and login. From there, go to Subscriptions, and you can manage and cancel your subscription. 

Encountering issues? You can always call us at (315) 714.2420 to cancel as well. 

If you decide you want to keep your box or only certain items in your box, please email our stylist Hailey at haileymhodge@gmail.com with the items you wish to keep and we will send you an invoice for the amount owed.
